A Note From The President:

Environmental Control Opportunities (ECO) was founded in 1994 to provide effective environmental consulting at economically sensitive rates.  While located in Waynesboro, Virginia, our highly qualified personnel have experience working with environmental projects related to industrial establishments and commercial real estate in 26 states and seven foreign countries.  These projects include:  Phase I (property transfer) Environmental Assessments; Sampling Surveys (asbestos, lead, radon, wastewater, & drinking water);  Regulatory Compliance Audits/Consulting; Pollution Prevention Opportunity Assessments; and ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems Auditing/Training/Consulting.  Our goal is to assist our clients to effectively  and economically make our local and global environments sustainable for ourselves and future generations.
